Tendfor offers full-featured Contact Center, Attendant and Enterprise Telephony functionality for Skype for Business/Lync. Our Tendfor App gives you full control of your vital Contact Center Agent settings from wherever you are. It lets you do things like logging on and off as an agent and log in and out of specific queues you are servicing. The Tendfor App also allows you to go truly mobile, and work remotely by easily switching to servicing your Contact Center queues on your mobile device when you are away from the office.
Requires iOS 8.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
